Sarah Greenfield is a Registered Dietitian with a specialty in sports nutrition and functional medicine. She started her career in health care and then transitioned into prevention focused nutrition creating programs for large wellness brands like NutriBullet, HUM nutrition and Dr Hyman. Through all of this she realized women were lacking communities where they could come together and support each other to change their health. After meeting Miriam in 2016, she realized they shared a vision to create a space for women to transform their health!

Miriam is a board-certified Functional Medicine Dietitian living in Los Angeles. She works with clients suffering from digestive problems and mood and energy imbalances to help them regain balance through food and nutrients. Miriam earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human nutrition and functional medicine. It is her mission to help individuals find more balance in their bodies and a peaceful relationship with food.

What is the time commitment?
The entire program is virtual and can be completed at your own convenience during the week. The program will require between 2-3 hours per week. The educational sessions are about 1 hour and the group coaching call is 1 hour. We recommend putting aside 20-45 minutes to complete the activities - but of course the more you put in, the more you will get out of it!
Is the program acceptable for new or expecting mothers?
We believe it’s always a good time to start eating well! That said, our program is not specifically targeted to pregnant or nursing mothers. Certain topics like weight loss, detoxification and the use of herbs and supplements are not recommended at this stage in life. However, we believe this program can help all women and would love to have you (and your growing baby) on board!
If you are pregnant or nursing, please check with your physician before making any changes to your medical care.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
In most cases we can modify all food plans to meet dietary restrictions and avoid specific allergens. If you have restrictions you are concerned about, please send us an email: email@example.com or schedule a 15 minute call to review your restrictions.
Does this program include the meals?
Nope! This is half the fun - you make the meals yourself.
What if I have a medical condition?
Many people with chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol will benefit from dietary changes, however some pre-existing medical conditions or medications may interact with food. Please feel free to email your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have a crazy schedule; what if I miss a video or coaching call?
You’re busy and we get it. This is why the videos are all self paced and delivered to you each week by e-mail. We highly recommend making time in your schedule to attend the virtual group coaching calls, that will be offered at different times and will also be recorded in case you miss a session.
Do you have a refund policy?
We can offer a refund within the first 24 hours of your purchase. After that the program is non-refundable.
